Matthew Feyld (b. 1985, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) has been painting and drawing since childhood, developing a practice rooted in minimalist and geometric explorations of depth, form, and spatial rhythm. Influenced by the meditative rigor of Agnes Martin, Feyld works primarily with acrylic on canvas and wood panel, distilling visual language into quiet yet precise compositions.

His work has been exhibited widely in solo and group presentations across Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Scotland, Sweden, and the United States. Feyld currently divides his time between Montreal and New York City, where he continues to refine his investigations into abstraction and form.
